Çamlıca TV Tower

The Çamlıca TV Tower (Küçük Çamlıca TV-Radio Tower) is the tallest structure in Istanbul at 583 meters (1,913 ft) — and the second-tallest TV tower in the world after Tokyo Skytree. It was opened in 2021 on the Asian side's Küçük Çamlıca hill, as part of a broader project to consolidate the dozens of separate broadcasting antennas across the city into a single tower.

The tower has two observation decks: a lower deck at about 220 meters and an upper deck at about 290 meters. The upper deck is one of the few places you can get a 360-degree view of Istanbul — you can see the Bosphorus, the Golden Horn, the Marmara Sea, the Princes' Islands, all the historic peninsula, and on a clear day, the snow-capped hills of Bursa to the south.

The tower has a restaurant and a café on the lower deck. The area below has been newly landscaped as a public park. The complex is in the Çamlıca area on the Asian side — far from the main tourist sites but easy to reach by bus from Üsküdar.
